Yes. We manufacture CCC-certified fire exhaust fans rated for 280°C/30min operation, tunnel jet fans rated for 300°C/2h, and explosion-proof fans with Ex d IIB T4 classification for petrochemical applications. Custom temperature and explosion ratings are available.

Quality is ensured through our ISO9001 quality management system: raw material inspection, in-process quality control (IQC, IPQC, FQC), dynamic balancing to G2.5 grade, performance testing in our in-house lab, and final inspection before shipment. Every product ships with a test report.

MOQ varies by product. For standard fans, MOQ is typically 1 unit. For custom-designed equipment or air handling units, MOQ may vary. We accommodate both small trial orders and large project quantities.

Yes. As a manufacturer with our own 80,000 m² factory, we offer factory-direct pricing with no middleman markup. Pricing is based on specifications, quantity, material, and customization level. Larger orders receive volume discounts.

Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For established customers, we can discuss L/C (Letter of Credit) or other flexible terms. Trade Assurance via Alibaba is also available for qualifying orders.

Standard models: 15-25 days. Custom/made-to-order: 30-45 days depending on specifications and quantity. Large project orders: 45-60 days. We provide an accurate delivery estimate with each quotation.

Export-standard packaging: fumigated wooden crates or plywood cases with foam protection. Packaging is designed to withstand long-distance ocean freight and handling. For fragile components (HEPA filters, instruments), additional cushioning is used.

Sea freight (FCL/LCL) for large equipment, air freight for urgent/small orders, and land transport for neighboring countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, etc.). We work with major logistics partners and can arrange door-to-door delivery. We also assist with customs documentation.

Standard warranty: 12 months from delivery date (or 18 months from manufacturing date, whichever comes first). Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Extended warranty is available for specific products. We provide free replacement parts during warranty period.

Yes. We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory and can ship replacement parts globally. We recommend ordering spare impellers, bearings, and belts with the initial equipment purchase for critical applications.

For large projects, we can dispatch engineers for on-site installation supervision and commissioning. We also provide detailed installation manuals, remote technical support via video call, and drawings for pre-installation preparation.
